1st day of CAASPP testing for our 3rd and 4th Graders today. The Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders inspired them with a cheer line, motivational door decorations, treats, messages, and more. Teachers also entered into the fun by leaving messages for their students, designing "game day" shirts, and more. Who knew state testing could be so fun!! ... See MoreSee Less

We had a special visit from Tesla Amazing today. The cofounder of the company, from Estonia, visited our 2nd grade classes to share his entrepreneurial story and his amazing product- MAGNETIC NOTES (a modern twist on sticky notes). The kids used the statically charged notes in solving math problems, taking notes about the rain forest, and more.
* the notes come in many sizes and are even two-sided, one side like a sticky note and the other a dry erase surface.
If you want to learn more about the company, or order some of the amazing notes, here is a link to their website teslaamazing.com
**pretty cool to have a member of Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe visit us in Cottonwood, Ca.

I hope all of our students were inspired and realize that they too can become inventors and entrepreneurs!
